David Zucker David Zucker has joined the TRICARE Pharmacy Division at the headquarters of Express Scripts, Inc. in St. Louis, Missouri. He will serve as Director of Contracts, effective August 3, 2009. In his new role as a Director, TRICARE Pharmacy Contracts, Dave will be responsible for the $2.8 Billion, five-year TRICARE Pharmacy Benefit Management Contract awarded to ESI by the US Department of Defense. Dave brings over 35 years of experience working in US Government Contracts, including 20 years active duty with the Army. Dave also worked at the corporate headquarters of Hughes Aircraft Company, in the Los Angeles office of the law firm of Jones, Day Reavis & Pogue, and in his own practice in the Law Offices of David Zucker in Santa Clarita, California. Dave has been a professor of law and a counselor, negotiator and trial lawyer for the government, for large corporations, and small businesses in both government and commercial markets.
